Amantani una experiencia excepcional, muy agradecidos con la atención de Henri y Mariluz y también gracias a los amigos de Taquile, enriquecedora experiencia de cultura, gastronomía y las familias agradecemos mucho a José Luis y a todo el equipo de Puno, un lugar mágico y de muchos aprendizajes. “Contacté a Jessica desde hace 8 meses para que creara un itinerario personalizado desde Lima, pasando por Paracas, Ica, Nasca, Arequipa, Cañón del Colca y Puno hasta finalizar en Cusco, dónde realizamos el city Tour con Hernán y el Valle Sagrado, Camino Inca de 4 días y Palcoyo con nuestro guía Jonathan. En cada uno de los sitios el traslado fue puntual, los choferes y guías de los partners súper buenos! Al llegar a Cusco el Citytour con Hernán fue muy bueno. Es una persona muy amable y que conoce mucho. Todos los demás días los pasamos en Valle Sagrado, Camino Inca, Machu Picchu, Waynapicchu y Palcoyo con Jonathan quien fue un guía muy responsable, siempre pendiente de explicar la mejor técnica para manejar la altura. Nos mostró siempre detalles que creo nadie más se detenía a apreciar en las ruinas arqueológicas, además de mostrarnos cada flor, cada pájaro y estar pendiente de enseñarnos los mejores puntos para fotos. Con respecto al camino inca el grupo de porteadores son personas super lindas y atentas (de lo que vimos en el camino no todos los equipos son tan sanos y educados como este). La comida DELICIOSA (Gracias Lucio)! Nos esperaban con ducha caliente. El baño portátil era un éxito pues la condición de los baños del camino no es la mejor. Roberto incluso nos llevó bebidas calientes para ver el amanecer el último día. Juan de Dios nos esperó en cada campamento para mostrarnos la ruta al espacio donde estaban nuestras tiendas... A todos los 13 que hicieron este viaje posible, mil gracias! A David quien fue nuestro chofer en Cusco también las gracias! Gracias Jessica, Mona y a todo el equipo por haber hecho de este viaje un viaje inolvidable. Por generar experiencias únicas y algo que es para nosotros importante, con total respeto de la Pachamama.”
“I wanted to have a bonding adventure with my 21-year old son, and this was it! I am 60 and feared I wouldn't be able to trek the Inca Trail, but with our supportive, humorous and gentlemanly guide, Hernan, (who knew everything about Inca culture!) we both completed the trek without problems! Jessica put together a tailor-made package for us and was very communicative throughout the process. The porters were kind and encouraging. They also have super human strength! The chef's meals were nourishing and delicious! We had the experience of a lifetime with this wonderful company!”
“What an amazing experience we had in Peru from 30 December through 9 January! The program that Jessica put together for us was outstanding and included Lake Titicaca, Cusco, Ollantaytambo and Machu Picchu. The wonderful itinerary enabled us to get to know a significant part of this stunningly beautiful country in a relatively short time. The guides she arranged for us in Puno and Machu Picchu where excellent, and all of the accommodations were great, especially the awesome Hatun Inti Hotel! We also visited Tambopata in the Peruvian Amazon through Rainforest Expeditions who recommended Jessica to me. We cannot thank Jessica enough for her efforts to get our delayed bags delivered to us in Cusco after United cancelled our initial flight from the USA to Lima and refused to release our bags after the flight was cancelled (absolutely shocking customer "service"). Jessica went above and beyond what can be expected of a tour operator, especially on New Year’s day when she spent considerable time to get our bags transferred from Houston to Cusco. Without her, I do not think that our luggage would ever have caught up with us. In summary, I cannot recommend Pachatusantrek and Jessica highly enough. Make sure you contact her to get a superlative itinerary, great accommodations, outstanding guides and assistance with unforeseen challenges. Jessica, is not just an excellent tour operator, she cares deeply that her guests have an outstanding experience in her home country.”

Decisión que nos llevó a contactar a Jessica, una excelente organizadora que nos propuso un tour completo de: lima, Cusco, Machu Picchu, Puno, Paracas, Ica; entre el 5 y el 12 de Junio 2024. Empezando el tour conocimos a Mona, que siguió todo en Cusco hasta el día que fuimos a Puno, en Machu Picchu nuestro guía Juan, siempre listo a hacernos reír y disponible a nuestros pedidos; Vicentina en Puno se ocupo de nuestra vista al lugar e islas; Lyla se ocupó de Ica y Paracas. “I was very impressed with how Jessica and her team at Pachatusantrek handled my tour arrangements to Peru. This included a few days in Lima, Cusco and of course Machu Picchu. Right from the outset, I knew that I was in very good hands as there was such good care and attention given to my itinerary. “Pachatusantrek team is the best team I have ever booked. I have used many companies as a world traveler- in Egypt, India, South Africa, and more. This company has set the bar so high that I am forever ruined and will not be happy unless I get a service like I did here. Jessica, Moni, Mona, Juan, Rolfi, and all of the drivers and guides at every location. Jessica was the primary leader who led the development of the booking. She and the team were alongside us the entire way (physically) with personal VIP airport drop offs pickups and hotel handoffs simply to greet us to having a group chat 24/7 during the entire trip! On top of this, they did something very magical. My sister’s luggage was lost and American Airlines could not find it or locate the country. The bag ended up in Colombia. I did not pay for this company to help us with this but out of the goodness of their hearts and family mentality Jessica and Moni helped track the bag down and move it country to country to the city we would project to be that week. The level of coordination and dedication will never be forgotten. The flights were perfect. The hotels were gorgeous. The locations were great and we did not miss any historical details (cusco, lima, titicaca, aguas calientes, rainbow mountain, machu picchu, and the amazon rainforest) The airport pickups and timings of driver was precise. Nice large cars. The boxed breakfasts Everything so detail oriented and precise so we could sit back and enjoy our vacation. On the day of the Amazon Rainforest, they advised us on the weather, packing, everything. This team is one of a kind. I am begging Jessica and owners to start additional countries in South America as I would never go anywhere else. I felt safe. I felt healthy. They know we are American and understand we may have special needs (water and health related) from a different climate. They made sure we were protected and safe. Many of my family friends have used them and raved about them. I now know why and will continue to refer them to anyone. Presidential service. Thank you Jessica and Pachatusantrek for the happy memories of a lifetime! BOOK THEM. I did research on many companies and this is one of the best of the best!”

“Desde la bienvenida en el aeropuerto, muy cálida y con atención personalizada nos hicieron sentir muy especiales!!! Primero tomamos el city tour visitando lugares emblemáticos de Cusco: Qoricancha, Sacsayhuamán, Tambomachay... entre otros. El recojo en nuestro hospedaje fue puntual, eramos un grupo pequeño y la guía fue súper amable, divertida y con mucho conocimiento para compartir. Adicionalmente, tomamos el tour al Valle Sagrado y Machu Picchu. Teníamos muchas ansías de ver con otra mirada dichos lugares y así fue, salimos maravillados. Una vez más el guía siempre profesional, amable y preocupándose por todo el grupo, el cual también fue más privado. En el Valle Sagrado visitamos Pisaq, Urubamba y Ollantaytambo... El restaurante buffet elegido fue una excelente opción, la comida deliciosa!!! El tour en Machu Picchu fue la cereza del pastel, conocer esa maravilla del mundo es impresionante, me quedo sin palabras por toda la hermosa experiencia que el equipo entero de Pachatusantrek nos hizo vivir. Un saludo y agradecimiento especial a Jessica, quien estuvo en constante comunicación con nosotros, nos visitó al inicio de cada tour y nos dio los mejores consejos para cada lugar que íbamos. “Jessica from Pachatusantrek had organized a private tour for me to Salar de Uyuni, Bolivia before Covid but unfortunately we had to cancel. Fast forward to March 2023 we tried again. Not only did Jessica painstakingly worked on my travels she also contacted and referred me to someone for the Atacama Desert. There were some tight scheduling to be considered but Jessica did her magic. She created a WhatsApp group with all concerned to buffer me from any unforeseen situations. Thank you Jessica and all involved❤️! PS Bolivia was exciting, beautiful in all aspects and the Bolivians were generous, welcoming and proud of their country. I would definitely go back maybe to the Bolivian Amazon?”

“We took the Cusco Cultural Tour from Pachatusantrek. Jessica was extremely helpful and flexible in rescheduling our reservation after the pandemic and working around our changing schedules. They were really well organized and we felt very comfortable traveling with them. Sergio met us at the airport and kept in contact with us to ensure things went well. Rolfi and Vilma were exceptionally good guides, being knowledgeable and communicated well. Oscar was an awesome driver. The tours were amazing, but we were very surprised at how good the food was – some of the best meals I have had in my life, especially the meals in locations arranged by Pachatusantrek. Our guides provided recommendations for meals and places to visit on our own that were very helpful. We felt like our agenda had an excellent mix of guided tour time in Cusco Sacred Valley, and Machu Picchu versus personal time to explore downtown Cusco.”

“This company was great! Jessica was a really great coordinator. Right from the get go she was quick to answer questions, and alleviate concerns with appropriate information and options (when we were planning). She also worked with constraints I faced and was very flexible on last minute change requests or inputs. When we reached Cusco, every Morning we received detailed information on what to expect for the day. This included ideas on clothes, food, weather in addition to the itinerary. This was useful as it allowed us to focus on the trip and enjoying ourselves instead of worrying about transitions or food etc. Jessica also organized things outside of the itinerary that we require - like a laundry service that we needed help with and the service provider offered us pick up and drop off at the hotel. Jessica gave us great suggestions for food, shopping and things to do beyond our itinerary. She was quick to respond to messages and respond to any concerns or questions that I had. We really enjoyed meeting her recommended guides - they were very knowledgeable! We could not have asked for a better experience! Thanks Jessica!”

“Los itinerarios estuvieron muy informativos, interesantes y entretenidos. El transporte muy comodo, eramos 19 personas y el bus nos movilizo con toda seguridad y confianza. No se nos perdio nada. Las coordinaciones para ir en el tren fueron casi como VIP, todo muy preciso y comodo. Igual el alojamiento en Aguas Calientes. Los guias Manuel y Elena muy atentos, preparados, pacientes, nos alegro mucho compartir con ellos. Momentos inolvidables, nos hubiera gustado que dure mas.”
