"Easily the best tour company I have ever used. Pachatusantrek stood out in 3 ways
i) the effort taken by Jessica in suggesting tailored options for the tour (they arranged a week in the amazon, a two day village home stay and hiking the inca trail and visiting machupicchu - all worked without a hitch) - and the flexibility in changing the schedule when we asked

ii) the personal care taken to greet us on arrival, ensure we had settled into our hotels and the fabulous tour guides (Sergio and Christober) who shared insights and knowledge the whole way and spoke great English and

iii) most importantly the way they dropped everything to help when my son got sick and had to go to hospital in Cusco.

These are really special people and I would recommend them 100%!

"Everything about our trip with Pachatusantrek was incredibly easy and went smoothly. I first planned out my hopeful vacation plans with Jessica who speaks wonderful English and was more than willing to help me find a plan that would serve everyones interest and still be within my price range. As soon as we arrived at any of our destinations there was someone waiting with a sign to pick us up and take us to the hotel. This can be very helpful especially in Peru where you can get overprices in taxis very easily! Each of our tour guides met us at our hotel to take us where we needed to go and each of them was excellent and spoke English fluently. Sergio and Jessica are just about the nicest people you will ever meet and were so incredibly helpful with every part of the trip. At one point a hotel didn't have oxygen for my mother and they made sure that the hotel got some for the future. They are just wonderful people who really enjoy what they do!"

"We did the 5d/4n trek to Choqekiraw and had an awesome time.

The organization of the expedition was perfect and so was the food (5 meals a day).
The guide was more a friend than a guide and his knowledge about the Inka history, culture and architecture was fantastic. We learned so much from him during that time.
We enjoyed everything: the hiking (inspite of blisters), the nature, the food, the company, the staff, the equipment (which was really, really good) and of course Choqekiraw!!
The whole trek was first class!!!

Pachatusantrek organized our trip to Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu by bus and train the day after we came back from Choqekiraw, too. It was so comfortable for us having everything organized by them. They did a really good job, since we needed all the tours only withing a few days.

But the honesty of that agency is what we appreciated most.
We had a really great time and it was definitely (!!) worth the money! "
